For technical issues related to any ThinkTel products or services.

We encourage you to visit and create an account on http://support.thinktel.ca. This portal is recommended to be used for the creation and submission on support related matters and will be a central location that you can track all of your support tickets. You can also find information on knowledge base articles, how tos, maintenance alerts, outage alerts etc.

For porting your phone numbers to Thinktel. Number Ports are typically 10-15 business days to complete. There are many factors that can influence port completion time. 9 AM EST - 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.
